Creating the Music

We‘ve had some 304 stainless bends delivered. CAD and laser cut the header flanges from 10mm stainless plate, Nathan fabricated a boss to for a nice transition from exhaust outlet port into the 2“ header pipes.

These will join into a dual 3” exhaust paralleling the tail shaft, with crossover installed, and finish into a single ‘supercar’ style outlet at the tip.

We’re still undecided how to run with the mufflers: Dual units, or a customs single unit, sitting in the space where the original drop tank used to be. Stay tuned.
